Investigation revealed Attie had sexually abused five
(5) boys, ages eight (8) to thirteen (13) in Kipnuk
for the last two-three years in various places. Both
sexual penetration and sexual touching was
involved. Attie was arraigned on 10-16-07 in Bethel
District Court and bail was set at $500.000.00.

the scene along with an AST K-9 Unit.
The victim disclosed that she was home alone the
morning of 10/15/07 and getting ready for work when an
unknown male entered her residence and
sexually assaulted her.
The victim was transported to the Anchorage SART
Center and Investigators processed the scene.
Investigation is continuing
